You’ll notice in the top menu of your Front Page a small envelope icon just to the right of the Search icon.

This is a built-in Contact Form. You can enable or disable this icon, as well as manage the email settings in the WordPress Customizer. Go to Appearance > Customize > Extras > Contact Form. The email you set for Mail Recipient will receive the entries for this form. The fields for this form cannot be customized.
